📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please take a moment to review our key policies below.

🚫 Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded without a valid reason.

  • Exception: If you email us before your parcel is shipped with a special request, we will review it case by case.

📍 Shipping Address – Your Responsibility

  • Accuracy is Key: Please provide a complete, Google Maps-verifiable address. For apartments, must include floor and room number.

  • Changes & Errors: Addresses cannot be changed after shipment. If you notice an error after ordering, email us immediately.

  • Delivery Failure: If a parcel fails to deliver due to an incomplete/incorrect address or inaccessible location, you will need to contact the local courier. We will assist in communication where possible.

  • Reshipment: If a parcel is returned due to address issues, we can arrange reshipment (same city only), with any additional fees borne by the buyer.

📬 Address Verification

  • We verify all addresses before shipping. If information is missing/wrong, we'll email you.

  • You must respond within 3 days, or your order will be cancelled and refunded.

📦 Package Safety & “Lost” Parcels

  • We monitor all shipments. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will proactively arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” with proof but you haven't received it, we recommend filing a police report. We will fully cooperate with any investigation.

✏️ Order Notes (Special Requests)

  • Use the “Order notes” field at checkout for special packing requests. We will try our best but cannot guarantee all requests.

  • Forgot a note? Email us immediately. We can update notes only before shipment.

📧 Order Confirmation Email

  • Sent automatically after checkout. Please verify all details (items, address, contact info) within 2 hours. Errors reported later cannot be changed after shipment.

  • Customer Responsibility: Delivery issues arising from incorrect address, missing notes, or wrong item selection at checkout are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Not received? Check your spam folder first, then contact us.

📦 Packing & Other Info

  • One Box per Order: Orders are packed in one box by default. For multiple separate boxes, clearly state this in your order note.

  • Processing & Shipping Times: Please refer to the “FAQ” section on our homepage for current timelines.
